CHEMO #9

Here we are for #9 out of 12. And then he gets to take a break!! Woohoo! Today I sat here and listened to Danny educate his doctor on a 2015 report of two medications that help to prevent muscle loss in pancreatic cancer patients. I also noticed his doctor and...

CHEMO #7

This mornings chemo was a bit iffy as Danny’s platelets were at 97. They want to see them at 100 for treatment. However, considering he is Superman, they made an exception. So this is infusion #7. We did get some results from his CT Scan. His pancreatic tumor had a 1...

Chemo #3

This is chemo infusion number 3. Abigail dropped him off this morning and luckily they took a photo for me.

Here we are for Chemo round two. (With a totally different Superman shirt.) Round one proved to be quite difficult for Danny in terms of nausea. We’re hoping to get better meds this round. It’s difficult to eat when everything smells disgusting! I told him he sounded...
