Feels like he should get a prize, right? Well they did offer him a blood transfusion today but I’m thinking that had more to do with his rapidly dropping red blood cell count and not as a result of his impressive chemotherapy number. In true stubborn fashion, he declined. He would rather increase his RBC count through nutrition if possible. There was a bit of back and forth with his doctor but they went ahead with the chemo and he was given a long list of warning signs that will send him to a hospital immediately.
