I thought Dan could get his pump off and his Neulasta shot by himself. Evidently not. Last time he walked out without his shot. That means his white blood cell count is waaaayyyyy down. After some discussion with his doctor and a bit of negotiation, he is getting his chemo meds today. But we have to closely monitor his temperature and breathing for any signs of a cold. Guess I’m going with him on Friday to make sure he gets that shot!
